We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
We use the information we collect to:
Certain features (DCEB scoring, AI Trademark Checker, keyword and trend research, design briefs, SEO copy, mind maps) send the relevant business data you provide — such as niche, keyword, or design details — to Anthropic's Claude API to generate results. We do not send your account password or payment information to Anthropic. Data sent to Anthropic is used to generate your requested output and is subject to Anthropic's own data handling terms.
We share data with the following categories of service providers, only as needed for them to perform their function for us, and subject to confidentiality obligations:
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties for their own marketing purposes.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records (for example, billing and tax records) for longer under applicable law.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You may also request an export of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@podtrackerpro.com.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect (see "Information We Collect" above), request deletion or correction of your personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise your California privacy rights, contact us at privacy@podtrackerpro.com.
