• Account information (name, email address) when you register via Google OAuth or an email sign-in link
• Business data you enter manually (design names, niche/keyword research, sales figures, inventory records)
• Usage information and analytics about how you interact with our platform
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the PODTrackerPRO service
• Process transactions and send related billing communications
• Respond to comments, questions, and requests for customer support
• Send you product updates, newsletters, and promotional materials (you can opt out at any time)
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve your experience

AI Processing of Your Data

Certain features (DCEB scoring, AI Trademark Checker, keyword and trend research, design briefs, SEO copy, mind maps) send the relevant business data you provide — such as niche, keyword, or design details — to Anthropic's Claude API to generate results. We do not send your account password or payment information to Anthropic. Data sent to Anthropic is used to generate your requested output and is subject to Anthropic's own data handling terms.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following categories of service providers, only as needed for them to perform their function for us, and subject to confidentiality obligations:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Resend — transactional email, including sign-in links
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI-generated research and content features, as described above
• MongoDB Atlas — secure database hosting for your account and business data
• Google — OAuth sign-in and website analytics (Google Analytics)
• Sentry — error monitoring, to help us detect and fix bugs
• Scrapingdog, Etsy API, and Apify — used server-side to retrieve public marketplace data (e.g., Amazon/Etsy listings) that powers our research tools; these services do not receive your account or payment information
• Canny — if you submit product feedback, your name and email may be shared with Canny to manage that feedback

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records (for example, billing and tax records) for longer under applicable law.

Children's Privacy

PODTrackerPRO is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
